I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that trekking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, unpredictable weather conditions, difficult terrain, and the risk of injury or death. I am aware that the activities associated with this trek carry certain risks and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that I may suffer during the trek. I acknowledge that the availability of extra tours/adventures is subject to factors such as weather conditions, group consensus, and other logistical considerations. Himalayan Yogi Adventure reserves the right to modify or cancel additional activities based on these factors.

Any additional tours/adventures requested by me will be arranged at my own expense, and payment must be made in accordance with the company's payment policies. I have read and understood the above information regarding extra or additional tours/adventures. I acknowledge that these activities are not included in the initial program cost and may be arranged at an additional expense.
