Riding the rollercoaster life, it is not an easy task to even think about achieving the conscious state of mind. To erase the disturbances even in the unconscious state of mind, one needs to learn Yoga when in peace.

One of our representatives will pick you up at the airport to accompany you to the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival we will meet at the hotel for the briefing of the entire trip.
Day 2:
Kathmandu to Pokhara (810m)
On this day, we will travel by road from the capital to the city of Pokhara. The journey will take around 10 hours
Day 3:
Pokhara to Sanrung – Sinuwa (2190m)
Today we drive from Pokhara to Samrung around 75 km which takes around 2 hours. We will pass through several Gurung ethnic villages, we can see their daily life closely.
Day 4:
Sinuwa to Deurali (3159m)
Early morning, we wake up to see the blissful mountain ranges. With introduction to each mountains ranges seen during sunrise, we start with a Surya Namaskar “Sun Salutation’ Starting with loosening exercises, we proceed the basics of Yoga Asanas, and learn few Pranayamas. The pranayama we learn, today- will help us throughout the trek to heat and cool down the body when in necessary.
We bid farewell to the last vestiges of villages, entering forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak. Our path continues up a narrow valley culminating at Deurali. It is here our efforts are first rewarded with views of the sacred Machapuchare fishtail peak - surely one of countless breathtaking Himalayan panoramas to come.
Meditation to end the day before sleep.
Day 5:
Deurali to MBC (3700m)
Early morning we start the day with few preparatory asanas. Here we learn become the tree pose , hero pose and also learn ways to become the Sadhaka Yogi. Enjoying the blissful and energized body, we now head towards the trail.
Today the trail is short and the valley opens up and we leave the forests behind and the alpine zone begins. We have good view of Annapurna 3, Gangapurna, Hiunchuli, Gandharvachuli, Tharpuchuli.
We learn meditation and breathing techniques to relax and rejuvenate the body.
The valley widens as we advance to the base camp, a sanctuary surrounded 360º by the highest peaks of the Annapurna Region.
As we reach Annapurna Base Camp, we enjoy the view. With the sunset, we meditate being energized. Balancing mind-body and soul.
Day 7:
Annapurna base camp to Bamboo (2474m)
After an unforgettable sunrise over the Annapurna peaks from base camp, we commence our descent back down the valley. The return trek allows us to further absorb the landscape under different lighting and from new perspectives along the way.
Upon reaching bamboo, we meditate to memorize what we experienced. Pouring the energy throughout our soul, we relax and detoxify ourselves.
Day 8:
Bamboo to Jhinu Dadha (1309m)
Upon completing the final long day of trekking, we can rest and recuperate in the revitalizing hot springs of Jhinu Dada. It's the perfect way to unwind tired muscles after days of mountain trails before continuing out of the Annapurna Sanctuary.
In the hot springs of Jhinu Dadha, we will learn hydrotherapy techniques, stretching and relax ourselves with pranayama and meditation at the end
Day 9
We conclude our epic journey by trekking to the designated bus station or jeep meeting point for transportation back to Pokhara. En route, we can reflect on our accomplishments, new friendships made and supreme Himalayan grandeur witnessed over an amazing week in the Annapurna.
Day 10
After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Kathmandu by vehicle. The scenic drive takes around 10 hours before arriving in the captivating Thamel, where you will be dropped off comfortably at your hotel. If time permits, we can also experience singling bowl mediation to experience mindfulness.
Day 11
Departure
You will be dropped off at the airport in a car or jeep prior to your flight departure time.
