One of our representatives will pick you up at the airport and accompany you to the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we will visit some of the most important places in the capital. In the evening, we will have a meeting at the hotel to brief you on the entire trip.

We leave early from Kathmandu to Manthali, a town 130 km away, from where we will take a flight to Lukla (2850 m). Today’s stage descends gently towards the bottom of the Dudh Kosi valley (“river of milk” in Nepali), where we will spend the night in the town of Phakding. In the afternoon, we will visit the more than 500-year-old monastery.

From today onwards we will be trekking on the Sagarmatha (Everest) National park , the highest National park of the world. The trail passes through various settlements Toktok, Monjo, Jorsalle, and this day we will cross the highest bridge in Larchye Dovan. The first sight of Everest can be seen today from the Tope danda. Namche/Nauche : Also called the Chamonix of Himalaya, with various shops, restaurants and hotels and a weekend market. Is also considered as the capital of Khumbu Valley.

Today will be an easy hike towards Khumjung passing via Syangboche airstrip. Then, we descend to Khumjung, one of the most beautiful villages in the Everest region. We can visit the Hillary school and Khunde village.

Today we will take a diversion to the renowned Gokyo Valley, famous for its lakes. En route we may catch views of other eight-thousanders such as Cho Oyu (8,201m). With some luck, we could also encounter native wildlife like the musk deer or the Himalayan monal (Nepal's national bird). We will stay overnight in the village of Dole within the valley region.

Today we depart from the forested scenery to enter the open high pasturelands populated with yaks. At these heights, increased water consumption is crucial so be sure to stay well hydrated. In the afternoon, we will hike up a small hill for acclimatization and appreciate incredible views of Mount Sagarmatha (Everest), Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and countless more. We will spend the night in the town of Machhermo, legendary for its tales of the elusive Yeti, or Abominable Snowman.

Today's trek meanders past the idyllic turquoise Gokyo lakes. We’ll enjoy views of the first two lakes as we make our way towards our overnight accommodation along the shores of the third Gokyo lake. In the afternoon we’ll embark on a shorter hike up to the fourth Gokyo lake for acclimatization. From that higher vantage point, we can relish in magnificent south face views of Cho Oyu (also known as the Turquoise Goddess).

Today we will rise early to witness the sunrise from Gokyo Ri peak (5,360m). This vantage point offers the most superb Everest views in the region, along with several other eight-thousanders including Lhotse (8,516m), Makalu (8,485m) and Cho Oyu (8,201m). If skies are clear, we may see numerous 7,000m and 6,000m peaks across the horizon.
After breakfast, we will trek onward to Thagnak, crossing over the vast Ngozumba glacier along the way.

Today is a major day, as we leave Gokyo Valley behind and cross over the Cho La Pass to enter the Khumbu Valley on the other side. We will be treated to nonstop dramatic mountain views throughout the day's trek. Our overnight stay will be in the village of Dzongla within the Khumbu region.

Today we will arrive at our destination – the legendary Everest Base Camp where Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay once camped before their pioneering summit of the world's highest mountain. We will tour the historic site before descending back down to Gorak Shep to spend the night.

In the morning, we will hike to the highest vantage point of our trip to witness the sunrise over Mount Everest. After breakfast, we will begin the journey back to our starting point. We will spend the night in Pheriche as we make our return.

Today most of the way we descend passing various settlements like Somare, pangboche where we encounter many trekkers, we will visit the famous Tyangboche monastery on the way, it is a long day but we can enjoy the ambience of Namche tonight.

This the only trail that we are going to repeat, we will descend from Namche saying goodbye to the Everest, the people and with all the good memories we will celebrate our last dinner in Lukla with all our staff and Guides.

We will fly back to Manthali and drive to Kathmandu that day. In the evening you can explore the local market of Thamel and buy souvenirs for your friends and family.
