This retreat is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their yoga practice through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, silence, and nature immersion. Over the course, you will experience gentle yoga sessions, pranayama practices, restorative yoga, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, nature walks, and sharing circles. The retreat follows a balanced daily rhythm that aligns with the body's natural energy cycles.
This, total 12-days program begins from Kathmandu and also concludes in Kathmandu. On the first day, we will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu & from 4nd day to 9th day we will spent at Pitam Deurali, a peaceful area located in Annapurna Region. After spending total 7 days at Pitam Deurali, on the 10th day, return to Pokhara and next day drive to Kathmandu. Overall, program activities includes: Hiking, active Meditation, & different kind of yoga practices.
